My process

  1. Tell me about your home

    If you have them, share floor plans, photos, a budget, and the rooms that matter. The first conversation is free. We can get to know each other, and I’ll happily answer any questions.

  2. Create your plan

    A planning fee of US$500 starts this: I match you to the right factories for your style and budget, show you their collections, and deliver an itemized furniture list with updated floor plans.

  3. Review plan. Place order

    Come to Foshan to see pieces in person before ordering, or order remotely. Either way, your final cost is the factory sales price, plus shipping, duties, and installation. My service fee is included in that price.

Post-order, from factory to home

Once you confirm an order, I stay involved until every piece is installed in your home—all covered by my service fee:

Production — Typically 6 to 8 weeks; every item is made to order.

Curated network of trustworthy factories

Foshan has thousands of furniture factories. I’ve done the legwork—visiting production lines and meeting the owners. I work only with the truly reliable ones, not showroom theater.

My core set includes 25+ export-grade factories, chosen for both product quality and aftercare service. Some cover broad categories: living, dining, and bedroom. Others are specialists, focused on a single furniture type such as luxury dining tables or outdoor furniture.

Every factory has its strengths. Different factories also operate at different price/quality tiers. I’ll candidly tell you which factory excels in which furniture type and styles. Unlike agents who offer factory tours with minimal guidance, I’ll give you real insider advice and recommendations.
